Heres a video of how to change a halogen headlight on a 2002 Chevy Astro van. It looks like if you move the windshield fluid container you can reach it, but even the manual says you have to take the 4 bolts off to put it in right. Sorry for the footage i used a dash cam to shoot the video.I really just wish they would make the headlight replacement as easy as in the olden days where you just twisted it from the back of the headlight.
