so I made this video of loosening the rusty bolts on my 2002 Chevy Astro Van LS rear shocks. A local shop was going to charge me $250 to put Monroe sensatrac shocks on the rear of my Astro van. The rear shocks actually did not look bad to install. So I searched the Internet and being that I am an Amazon prime member I found them on Amazon prime Monroe sensatrac heavy-duty shocks for $74 for the pair. So today is Friday and the shocks will be in here Sunday. I know this is a older van and I bought it used the shocks were probably never changed so there will be a lot of rust. So while awaiting the shocks I have some time so I sprayed WD-40 on the bolts let it soak for a while and then went to remove the bolts. I actually have the manual to work on this van and it did not say what size bolts were holding the shocks in place. The top head of the long bolt is 15 mm and the nut itself is 18 mm. They did loosen up very easily. They should come off pretty easy so let's see how easy it's going to be to get these heavy-duty shocks back in my next video.

Thanks for watching
